Hybrid working has significantly improved my work life. Working from home provides me with the peace and productivity I need to make progress in my work. Without the distractions of a busy office, I can fully concentrate and complete my tasks at my own pace. This has not only increased my productivity but also improved my overall well-being.
On the other hand, I appreciate the added value of the days when I go to the office. Personal interactions with colleagues foster collaboration, enhance quality through meaningful discussions, and boost creativity. Additionally, being at the office helps me feel connected to the team. It ensures that everyone is on the same page, allowing us to make the best decisions together.
I have also discovered that working on the train is a perfect way to start and end my workday. It gives me time to mentally prepare for the day ahead and to organize my thoughts at the end of the day. These moments of reflection and preparation complete my work experience.
In short, hybrid working offers me the best of both worlds: the peace and productivity of working from home, the interaction and collaboration at the office, and the reflective moments on the train. It is a working method that perfectly aligns with my needs.
